Welcome to Big Data Conference at DISA

We have invited researchers from our own Centre to present some of the work that has taken place within DISA this past year and Keynote and invited talks from other universities and partners.

The first doctoral student at Data Intensive Sciences and Applications is enrolled

Sebastian Hönel is the very first doctoral student connected to Linnaeus University Centre for Data Intensive Sciences and Applications (DISA).

The European Big Data Value Forum 2017

EBDVF 2017, jointly organised by the European Commission, the Big Data Value Association (BDVA) and EDF (European Data Forum), will take place on the 21-23 November in Versailles and it will be a key European event for industry professionals, business developers, researchers, and policy makers to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the European data economy and data-driven innovation in Europe.


Last chances for H2020-funding coming up

Be well prepared for the last chances for getting H2020 funding! The official call documents and pre-publications are available (or will be soon) and downloadable from the Participants Portal. Especially, the pre-publication of the main ICT part of the programme is out already.
